Ride Request Received:

We have received your ride request! Your submission will be reviewed by one of our team-members in the next few days… and then you’ll be placed on our pickup/drop-off list, so long as you coordinated your flights according to the parameters specified on our travel page (www.grapplersretreat.com/travel). We will of course let you know if there are any problems with your request, but if you don’t hear from us… then consider yourself good to go!

What’s Next?

Three days before your arrival, Bethany will email you all of the pickup details — i.e. the exact pickup time, the driver's name, the driver’s cell phone number, the precise meetup location, and the names of the other guests being picked up with you.

In the meantime, consider yourself all set. There’s nothing else you need to do :-)
