To be put on our “airport pickup list”, click on the relevant button below and fill out the form at least 3-weeks prior to the start of the retreat you’re coming to. If you sent an email to one of our crew asking to be picked up, we still need you to fill out this form in order for us to make it happen!
PLEASE NOTE:
Once you complete your form, you’ll be palced on our pickup/drop-off list (as long as your flights are compatible with our pickup/drop-off schedule listed on our travel page).
Exact pickup details (i.e. exact time, exact location, contact info of the driver, etc) will only be available about 4 days before arrival day.
If you don’t get an email with pickup details from us 4-days before arrival, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.
