Visiting Instructors
Visiting instructors are hosted for our Summer and Fall Grappling Camps. These training camps are instructed by world-class teachers who have demonstrated exceptional ability and have made unique contributions to the grappling arts.
Antonio's Background
Antonio began his training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) in 1994 in Arraial d'Ajuda, Brazil, and was introduced to the art by Brazilian Top Team black belt Betinho Correia. Antonio continued to train under Bethino until late 2005, and during that time also had the opportunity to train extensively under Brazilian Top Team founder Murilo Bustamante.
In December 2005, Antonio relocated to California’s Mendocino coast and established the area’s first Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program. He is one of the few distinguished Brazilian Top Team brown belt instructors under Betinho Correia and Murilo Bustamante.
